Please allow for 1-2 working business days for your order to be processed before shipment. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.

Virtue Racing Club will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.
- During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

At all times, Virtue Racing Club will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be cancelled, in which case Virtue Racing Club will communicate it within a period not exceeding 24H working accompanied by a refund in the method of payment used by the customer for the purchase.

There may be additional charges related to import customs for shipments to the following countries and regions: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine + North America & South America. FEDEX/DHL will notify the customer and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these charges. The addressee shall bear the costs of customs clearance and the payment of any taxes due in accordance with the customs regulations in force in the country of destination, and it is for this reason that the charges arising from the import are not the responsibility of Virtue Racing Club, but it is the customer who must pay the customs duties.
In case the customer refuses to pay such charges, the shipment will be considered as rejected by the customer and therefore will be sent back to our warehouse, refunding the amount of the purchased garments minus the charges derived from the rejection of the goods.
